CPS PROFILER - Pre-employment personality profiling software for Employers, Recruiters, HR Professionals & Team Builders.

Recognizing the need for a quick, simple and cost effective method of producing personality profiles and after extensive consultation with experts in the field of Graphology and Jungian personality typing the Covert Profiling Service PROFILER was developed.

The CPS PROFILER is a computer based method of obtaining a personality profile of a job applicant. It combines the techniques and advantages of Graphology and Jungian personality typing while also eliminating the disadvantages of both. The candidate does not need to be present at the analysis and does not need to know that the analysis is being performed. This means that there can be no lying, cheating or faking.

• It is quick. Around ten minutes per analysis.
• It is simple. No special skill or knowledge is needed.
• It is cost effective. Low cost compared to other methods.
• No tests to arrange.
• No time spent waiting for test or analysis results to be returned.

All that you need to use the CPS PROFILER is a sample of the candidates handwriting. This could be from a letter or an application form. Ideally the sample would be a couple of paragraphs in length. More is better but the analysis is still effective with less.

You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting donations, for any copies, however made, and from distributing such copies with other products of any kind, commercial or otherwise, without prior written permission from Covert Profiling Service. Covert Profiling Service reserves the right to revoke the above distribution rights at any time, for any or no reason.

You may not alter or modify the PROFILER software, nor give anyone permission to do so. Under no circumstances are you licensed to distribute PROFILER. Furthermore, any and all links to Covert Profiling Service must remain in place and may not be removed under any circumstances.

All rights of any kind in PROFILER which are not expressly granted in this License are entirely and exclusively reserved to and by Covert Profiling Service. You may not rent, lease, modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on PROFILER. Covert Profiling Service assumes no liability in regards to usage of the PROFILER software. In addition, in no event shall Covert Profiling Service, or its principals, shareholders, officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, subsidiaries, or parent organizations, be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages whatsoever relating to the use of the PROFILER software, or to your relationship with Covert Profiling Service.

In addition, in no event does Covert Profiling Service authorize you to use PROFILER in applications or systems where PROFILER's failure to perform can reasonably be expected to result in a significant physical injury, or in loss of life. Any such use by you is entirely at your own risk, and you agree to hold Covert Profiling Service harmless from any and all claims or losses relating to such unauthorized use.

General

This License is the complete statement of the agreement between the parties on the subject matter, and merges and supersedes all other or prior understandings, purchase orders, agreements and arrangements. This License shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to United Kingdom choice-of-law rules. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue for all matters relating to this License shall be in courts located in the United Kingdom, and you consent to such jurisdiction and venue. There are no third party beneficiaries of any promises, obligations or representations made by Covert Profiling Service herein. Any waiver by Covert Profiling Service of any violation of this License by you shall not constitute or contribute to a waiver of any other or future violation by you of the same provision, or any other provision, of this License.
